Description

Strap mount for the BiKom 20 and NAUTITALK CREW

Made this helmet strap mount mainly for the BiKom 20, but it also works with the NAUTITALK CREW.

The BiKom 20 is commonly used for cycling and helmet communication.

Designed as an easy to print alternative to the official Sena strap mount accessory, which is frequently out of stock and expensive to ship separately.

The mount threads through the helmet strap and allows the communicator to slide securely into place while staying compact and lightweight.

Great for:

  • Road cycling
  • Mountain biking
  • Commuting
  • Group rides
  • General outdoor communication

The low profile design keeps the communicator close to the strap and reduces unnecessary bulk on the helmet.

Print Notes

Do not change the print orientation. Printing with the opposite side face down was tested and will cause print failures.

Printed successfully in both PETG and PAHT-CF.

  • White prototype shown in PETG
  • Final black version shown in PAHT-CF

PETG works well and has enough flexibility for installation.
PAHT-CF gives the mount a more premium finish with increased rigidity, durability, and heat resistance.

No supports required.

Recommended Materials

  • PETG for easy printing and good flexibility
  • PAHT-CF for maximum durability and a cleaner finished appearance
