Create custom round or square silicone gaskets with a fully parametric 3D printable mold.
The alignment pins are intentionally designed with a tighter fit so the mold stays closed without external clamping pressure. Depending on your printer tolerances, the pins may fit slightly tight at first. If needed, you can simply shorten or sand the pins slightly for easier assembly or ajust the tolerance in the scad file.
This mold is designed for easy gasket casting using 2-part silicone.
You can adjust the inner diameter, outer diameter, gasket thickness, and mold dimensions directly in the parametric file.
