Description
Replacement union nut for Vikan wash brushes
This is a precisely fitting replacement union nut for Vikan brand wash brushes.
Since the original nuts often break due to mechanical stress or chemical influences, and unfortunately, they are not available individually as spare parts, I designed this version for self-printing.
The nut fits the standard connection of Vikan brush heads and is very easy to replace.
Print recommendations:
Since the component has to withstand a lot of force during scrubbing, I designed it for maximum stability.
The following settings have proven to be most effective for me:
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Layer height: 0.16 mm for clean, smooth threads
Wall lines: 6 for maximum stability
Top/Bottom layers: 10
Material: I recommend PETG
