Description

A half-size version of the LEGOs SPIKE Prime 11×19 Technic baseplate (part #39369), cut down to a clean 6×19 hole grid for smaller builds, robot chassis, and projects where the full plate is overkill.

The original baseplate was sliced lengthwise (hot-dog style) and the cut edge was rebuilt with a flat outer wall and matching 10mm rounded corners, so the result reads as a properly designed plate rather than a half. All 114 cross-hole positions are intact — pin holes are the standard Technic 4.8mm and spacing is the standard 8mm grid, so it accepts pins, axles, and connects to existing Technic builds.

📏 DIMENSIONS
- Width: 47.9 mm (6 Technic units)
- Length: 151.9 mm (19 Technic units)
- Height: 7.9 mm (1 Technic unit)

🖨️ PRINT SETTINGS
- Filament: PLA or PETG (PETG recommended for snappier pin friction over time)
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 15–20% (gyroid or grid)
- Walls: 3 perimeters
- Supports: NOT required — print flat on the build plate
- Brim: optional, only if your bed adhesion is finicky
- Print orientation: as-oriented in the file (holes vertical)

⚙️ TOLERANCE NOTES
Technic pin holes are tight by design. If your printer over-extrudes slightly, pins may not click in the first try. Two easy fixes:
- Enable "Elephant's Foot Compensation" (~0.15 mm) in your slicer
- Or scale the model to 100.5–101% in XY only

✅ COMPATIBILITY
Works with all standard LEGOs Technic pins, axles, connectors, and frames. Tested grid alignment with official LEGOs Technic parts.

💬 Print one in a contrasting color and snap it next to a real SPIKE Prime baseplate for a clean side-by-side build. Great for prototyping mounts, sensor brackets, or extending an existing chassis.

If you make something cool with it, post a Make — I'd love to see it!
