Print Settings & Instructions

To achieve the "enclosed" effect, you must use the Pause at Height function in your slicer.

If using the print file from makerworld simply drop in your tool when the print pauses and then hit resume!

If printing this yourself, I recommend:

• Layer Height: 0.12mm

• Infill: 100% (rectilinear) for maximum tool rigidity.

• The "Pause" Step: 1. Slice the model and locate the layer just before the "bridge" or "lid" begins to cover the internal cavity.

2. Add a Pause command at that layer.

3. When the printer pauses, drop your metal pick into the slot. Ensure the pick is sitting flush or slightly below the current print layer to avoid the nozzle hitting it.

4. Resume the print to seal the pick inside!
