Print Settings & Tips

• Supports: Required for the arms and the underside of the sitter ledge. I recommend Tree Supports for the cleanest surface finish on his jumpsuit.
• Layer Height: 0.16mm works great for a balance of speed and bring it up to .12 if you want to capture the fine fabric textures of the coveralls.
• Orientation: Best printed upright with a brim if you’re worried about bed adhesion on the legs.

Finishing Ideas

• The "Asylum" Look: Print in a Matte Gray or Navy Blue filament for a classic, movie-accurate appearance.
• The "Grimdark" Style: Just like the Homelander model, a heavy Gunmetal or Dark Gray dry brush over a black base will make the folds in the jumpsuit and the features of the mask look incredibly weathered and menacing.
• The "Hollow" Eyes: If you're feeling adventurous, you can leave the eye sockets black or add a tiny drop of white gloss to give that "lifeless, black eyes" look described in the films.
