LUCKFOX 7” Touchscreen Mount for 10” Rack / KWS v2

A clean and simple 3U rack mount designed for the LUCKFOX 7” HD touchscreen (1024x600) for use in 10 inch server racks such as the KWS v2 rack.

The screen slides easily into place from the side and is secured using the original screws included with the display. Integrated mounting brackets hold the display firmly in place while maintaining a clean front-facing appearance.

The rear remains accessible for HDMI, touch USB, and power connections, and there is enough space to mount a Raspberry Pi 5 behind the display. Perfect for Home Assistant dashboards, homelab monitoring, kiosks, media controls, or server rack stats panels.

Printing

Recommended settings are included in the project file.

Tested with:

• Bambu Lab A1
• 0.4 mm nozzle
• PETG
• 0.20 mm layer height

Key settings:

• 4 wall loops
• 20% Gyroid infill
• Tree supports enabled
• “On build plate only” enabled

Supports are required for the integrated mounting brackets.

Notes

The fit is designed to be snug while still allowing the display to slide into place easily. Depending on printer tolerances, minor sanding may help.
