I'd appreciate a boost if you find this helpful!

Pick what size hole you want to drill and place the bushing into the main base piece.  Then simply place it onto your material to be drilled and turn it until it touches on both sides.  This places the hole exactly in the center.  This is designed to accomodate up to 1.5" which is the smaller edge of a basic 2x4, and can be used for any thinner material as well.
