Mini Memory Series – 3½" Floppy Disk NFC Keychain
I wanted to share the latest design in what I’m calling the Mini Memory Series — tiny retro-inspired objects that mix nostalgia from the past with a little future tech.
Each model in the series features a familiar object with a customizable label area, just like the old days… but with a hidden modern twist: an embedded NFC tag installed during the print.
This version is inspired by the classic 3½ inch floppy disk from the 90s — reimagined as a miniature keychain-ready accessory you can actually interact with.
Using the NFC Tools app on iOS or Android, you can write your own memories, links, messages, social profiles, websites, playlists, business cards, photo albums, wedding invites, hidden notes, or anything else directly to the tag for others to scan with their phones.
