This ashtray was designed to combine minimalist aesthetics and functionality, perfect for the office, home, or car. I have created three different versions to allow anyone to achieve a perfect result, regardless of the printer used (with or without AMS).
The design is modern, with the IQOS logo integrated, and the structure is designed to be solid and easy to clean.
Available Versions
Choose the print profile best suited for your setup:
1. AMS Version (Automatic Multicolor)
• Ideal for: Those who own an AMS/MMU system.
• Features: The printer automatically manages color changes between the ashtray body and the logo. You will get a perfect and effortless finish directly from the print bed.
2. NO AMS Version (Manual Interlocking)
• Ideal for: Those who want a two-color effect but do not have automatic filament changing.
• Print Details: The project is divided into two plates:
• Plate 1: The ashtray body with the engraved logo.
• Plate 2: The individual IQOS logo letters.
• Assembly tips:
• The letters have been oriented to be printed without supports, ensuring maximum surface quality.
• Tip: Before interlocking, gently curve the letters with your hands to match the ashtray's curvature.
• The lettering is designed for a precise fit, but a drop of glue is recommended for a permanent fix.
3. Monocolor Version (Fast Print)
• Ideal for: Those looking for speed or wanting to customize the logo later.
• Features: Smooth and fast printing in a single piece. The logo remains engraved and can be highlighted by hand with paint or left tone-on-tone for a more understated and "stealth" look.
Printing Tips
• Material: PETG or ABS suggested for greater thermal resistance, although PLA is perfect for aesthetic use.
• Infill: 15-20% (Gyroid recommended for stability).
