Description

Worx 20V Power Share Battery Adapter to use the Worx battery system for other purposes:
Tools, Machinery, Toys, Spare Power Supply etc.

This is for the EUROPEAN Battery versions with 4-PINS.

NOTE THE PIN ASSIGNMENTS (PLUS/MINUS) ON THE BOTTOM HALF. DO NOT MIX.

The battery poles (see drawing) can also be glued in place and the wires then soldered to them.

If you don't want to use a Heat insert for the screw to fix the lid, - request a version with a Self tapping screw.

Print as is from the files. As this is likely to be used outdoors, it is setup in PETG.
Support settings are made for easy removal. Note the supports on the small pins on the lid when removing supports.

As can be seen from the photo, supports came off cleanly.

The pins are cut from a small piece of copper plate 0.5mm with sharp cutting tool. You can avoid the hole for the screw if you glue it in place (solder the wires first).

I have made holes for two 5mm screws to fix the adapter to whatever, object you need the power for.

DO NOT USE FOR CHARGING!!! (There are no safety features for over charging etc.).

I am glad you liked it!
Thank you.
