Description

Tungsten sharpener head

  • For 30-35mm Diamond grinding discs
  • Adjustable angle + Bolt lock
  • Adjustable height used to correct height after sharpener installation

  • Cut off opening (On the back) allowing you to cut and remove contaminated Tungsten
  • Window (On top) to watch progress when sharpening
  • Supports all Rotary tools with standard thread such as: Dremel, Milwauke etc.

To create a collet use M6x8 or M6x10 threaded pin and drill preffered hole for your Tungsten electrode, ensure correct tolerance. Collet then threads in the adjustable Bolt and acts as a guide for Tungsten electrode and heatsink to prevent melting plastic Bolt. Caution: 3D printed Bolt may still deform under prologed use because of heat when grinding; grind in 1+ steps to prevent plastic to overheat. Better heat resistant filament for Bolt is recommended.

For installation check attached GIF.

You will need:

  • 3x Heat insert M3 (use short heat insert on cap)
  • 3x M3x10 Screw
  • 1x M4x8 Screw (used to lock the Bolt)

  • Use any color to your liking for different parts
  • 4 Different Bottom parts (Chamfered bottom with knurling; and without, Rounded bottom with knurling; and without)

Happy sharpening.
