Official Steam Controller Shell (Print-Ready .3MF)
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is a ready-to-print, highly optimized .3mf profile for the official Valve Steam Controller shell.
While the original CAD files are fantastic, their raw geometry is notoriously difficult to print in one piece. To solve this, I have strategically cut and split the model into separate parts. This turns a complicated, support-heavy project into an incredibly easy, plug-and-play printing experience. I've also dialed in the settings specifically for Bambu Lab printers to ensure a clean and precise fit.
Plate Organization:
Plates 1-3: Contain the optimized, split parts for the easiest printing experience.
Plate 4: Contains the original, uncut controller shell for those who prefer to experiment with their own support settings or have specific requirements.
Assembly: Since the model is split for easy printing, simply use a few drops of superglue (CA glue) to assemble the pieces post-print.
This project uses the official digital plans and drawings released by Valve on their gitlab.
- Modifications: The original CAD files provided by Valve have been converted to a .3mf format and technically modified (optimized print settings, orientation, and supports) for FDM 3D printing on Bambu Lab machines.
