đ A Special Gift for Your Mom đ
I designed this multi-material plaque specifically for Mother's Day. It's an elegant and clean design that combines the warmth of wood with the modernity of full-color 3D printing, perfect for decorating a shelf, desk, or small table. I also made a version where two magnets can be integrated to attach it to the refrigerator.
Main Features:
- Deep Meaning: The word "MOM" is merged with an elegant central heart in "I love You" script.
- Hybrid Aesthetic: Designed to be mounted on a wooden base or frame (easily obtainable or printable separately).
- No Supports: Designed to be printed flat, without the need for supports, for a perfect surface finish.
- AMS Ready: The .3mf file is pre-configured for Bambu Lab printers with AMS for automatic color printing.
đ Color Management (If you use AMS):
The file is divided into parts so it can also be printed without AMS
- Filament 1 (Letter Base): Recommended: Opaque Red or Coral.
- Filament 2 (Script/Heart): Recommended: Gold Yellow or Mustard Yellow.
Assembly Instructions (Assembly Guide):
This model is designed to be glued onto a rigid surface to achieve the look shown in the photos.
- Print: Print the colored parts.
- Base: Get a wooden base (like a small craft plaque or a flat frame) of about 15cm x 7cm (adjust the print scale if necessary).
- Gluing: The letter fitting is designed to be interlocked without glue. For the wooden plaque, you can use glue (cyanoacrylate) or epoxy glue. Apply a small amount to the back of the printed letters and press them firmly onto the wooden base.
- Optional: In the project, I also created a heart-shaped stand for the plaque, or you can print or purchase small stands to hold the plaque vertically (like those shown in the photos).
