Description

Maytronics Dolphin Active 20 / 30 Replacement Parts Pack (4 Pieces)

šŸŽ„ Installation / Tutorial Video:

A quick 4-minute install guide.

This model includes 4 commonly worn replacement parts for the Maytronics Dolphin Active 20 & Active 30 robotic pool cleaners. Designed to restore performance and extend the life of your cleaner without OEM pricing.

Included 3D Part Models (Recreated and optimized from hand measurements):

  • Gear Drive for Motor (9983142)
  • Active Brush Gear (9983123)
  • Wheel Bushing (9983114)
  • Right Side Brush Adapter (9983119)

Why use this set?
Fix slipping brushes, poor traction, and reduced cleaning efficiency. Simple replacements that make a big difference.

Recommended Filaments:

  • PETG – water + chlorine resistant
  • ASA – UV + chemical resistant
  • ABS – durable, less UV resistance
āš ļø Avoid PLA (warps/degrades in heat & water)

Notes:

  • Designed for Active 20 & 30 (verify fitment)
  • Use durable materials (PETG/ABS/ASA/Nylon)
  • Minor tolerance cleanup may be needed
  • Printing the Right Side Brush Adapter (9983119) will make it stronger as the layer lines work with the forces acted on it while using more filament and taking more time to print.

Estimated OEM Cost: ~$25+
