Description
Rotor diameter 20mm, inner wall 21mm, suitable for power motors commonly used in 5-inch FPV drones such as 2306.
Materials
PETG CF filament PETG filament TPU 72D filament
3mm stainless steel rod, 110mm length
Two 3mm carbon rods, 30mm length each
Two stainless steel bearings, 3mm inner, 6mm outer, 2.5mm thick
Three M2*3*3 heat-set inserts, three M2*8 screws
3mm inner, 4mm outer, 30mm long copper tube or 4mm hose connector for water cooling outlet.
Vaseline or heavy grease and a syringe for oil injection and sealing
704 adhesive and AB epoxy
It is recommended to prepare tools such as an angle grinder and electric drill, so that stainless steel rods and copper tubes can be cut more conveniently according to actual needs.
A basic simple hull has been released and can be found on my homepage; other hulls will be designed later, so this thruster was made into a separate project.
