Description
Sten Submachine Gun is a type of submachine gun developed by Britain during World War II. The Sten submachine gun was developed by British designers Shepherd and Dürsbin at the Enfield factory. After its successful development in 1940, it was named by taking the first letters of the designers' surnames and the first two letters of the factory name, forming "Sten" (STEN).
