Print Profile(1)

Description
Direct-fit replacement wheels for the Worx Landroid L robotic mower. Aggressive directional tractor tread for serious traction on grass, slopes and damp conditions — a meaningful upgrade over the factory wheels for anyone running a Landroid on real lawn rather than manicured turf.
Designed in CAD, printed in flexible Bambu TPU 95A HF, drop-in compatible with the factory hub.
Compatibility
- Worx Landroid WR150E (Landroid L, 1500 m² / ½ acre chassis)
- ⚠️ Not compatible with the Landroid M chassis (WR140 / WR141 / WR142 / WR143 and equivalents). Hub geometry differs.
Directional pair — left & right
The chevron tread is directional. The V points forwards (in the direction of travel) when correctly fitted.
The print profile contains two plates:
- Plate 1 — left-hand (LH) wheel
- Plate 2 — right-hand (RH) wheel
Print one of each. The two are mirror images, so don't substitute one for the other.
Material
- Bambu TPU 95A HF (what these were designed and tested on)
- Other 95A TPUs should work fine; softer (e.g. 85A) will deform under the mower's weight, harder won't conform to terrain
- TPU's UV resistance is reasonable for outdoor service; expect long life under intermittent sun exposure
Print settings
- Nozzle: 0.6 mm
- Layer height: 0.3 mm
- Walls: 3+ perimeters
- Infill: 25–40 % gyroid
- Supports: none required
- Print profile included — slice as-supplied and you're good.
Hub installation
The print profile has a pause layer pre-configured at the height where the hub cavity closes over.
- Pause-and-insert (preferred): Let the print run as-is. When the printer pauses, drop the OEM hub into the cavity and resume. The wheel prints over the top, fully encapsulating the hub.
- Split and glue: If you'd rather avoid the mid-print pause, slice the model into two halves at the pause height in your slicer, print each half separately, fit the hub, and bond the mating faces with cyanoacrylate.
Notes
- Original factory hubs are reused — pull them out of your worn OEM wheels.
- Free model. If you print these and they work well for you, a like, follow or print share on MakerWorld is appreciated.
