What makes it different from regular buckles?
Standard side-release buckles need to be sewn or inserted into a fabric loop – often impossible if the strap end is damaged or torn. Our model attaches directly to the cut ends of the webbing using two strong M4 screws and brass inserts. Brass prevents the thread from loosening over time – the screw will stay as secure as if driven into metal.

How to use:

1. Cut out the old broken buckle, leaving a clean strap end.
2. Thread the strap into the slot of the new buckle.
3. Secure it with two M4 screws through the brass inserts (optional: briefly melt the strap edge with a lighter to prevent fraying).
4. Done! The load is distributed evenly.
