Voile inspired gear straps

I wanted to make a 2-piece construction that allowed for a rigid material buckle.

My tests were all done in Ninjatek Ninjaflex 85A TPU and Ninjatek Edge 83A TPE with Bambu PETG-CF buckles. I assume 95A TPU will work, just with less elasticity.

The buckle may be printed in your durable material of choice. The prong my be optionally heated up with a heat gun and bent like a real voile strap.

When stretched to double its length and held in place for 24 hours, the strap did not lose tension. It was permanently deformed by about 10% after being released.
