<boostme><boosttitle>Boost Me</boosttitle><boostcontent>BMW driver boost for free</boostcontent></boostme><h2>Die Lösung für defekte Bordwerkzeugabdeckungen!</h2>Viele kennen das Problem, dass die Schraube des Werkzeugkasten/Bordwerkzeuges verloren geht oder sogar bricht.&nbsp;Hier habe ich die Lösung für alle BMW Fahrer:&nbsp;Eine neue Schraube und der dafür passende Clip, in original Optik.&nbsp;Die Schraube ist 2-teilig und wird mit einem Verbinder zusammengesteckt. Dies hat den einfachen Grund, dass die Kraft beim festziehen auf die gesamten Layer wirkt und nicht auf die Schichten.&nbsp;So lässt es sich auch deutlich leichter und schneller drucken, ca. 1 Stunde.&nbsp;Ich empfehle ausdrücklich, die eingestellten Druckparameter nicht zu verändern um die höchste Genauigkeit des Gewindes zu erreichen.&nbsp;Installation: <ol><li> Alte Schraube und Clip entfernen</li><li> Zweiteilige Schraube mit den gedruckten Verbinder zusammenstecken(der Verbinder hat sehr wenig Toleranz und benötigt etwas Kraft, das ist bewusst so gewählt, damit die Schraube ohne Kleber zusammenhält)</li><li> Clip in der Heckklappe befestigen</li><li> Schraube eindrehen</li><li> Fertig</li></ol>Hinweis zum Filament:Ich empfehle ausdrücklich nicht PLA zu verwenden, da es die Hitze im Sommer in inneren des Autos nicht standhält und sich verformen wird. PETG, ASA, ABS oder höherwertig sollte absolut kein Problem darstellen.&nbsp;Ich habe es z.B. mit PCTG gedruckt.&nbsp;Viel Spaß beim drucken und allzeit gute Fahrt!&nbsp;

<boostme><boosttitle>Boost Me</boosttitle><boostcontent>BMW driver boost for free</boostcontent></boostme><h2>The solution for defective on-board tool covers!</h2>Many are familiar with the problem that the screw for the toolbox/on-board tool gets lost or even breaks.&nbsp;Here I have the solution for all BMW drivers:&nbsp;A new screw and the matching clip, with an original look.&nbsp;The screw is 2-part and is assembled with a connector. This has the simple reason that the force when tightening acts on all layers and not on individual layers.&nbsp;This also makes it much easier and faster to print, approximately 1 hour.&nbsp;I explicitly recommend not changing the set print parameters to achieve the highest accuracy of the thread.&nbsp;Installation: <ol><li> Remove old screw and clip</li><li> Assemble the two-part screw with the printed connector(the connector has very little tolerance and requires some force, this was deliberately chosen so that the screw holds together without glue)</li><li> Attach clip to the tailgate</li><li> Screw in the screw</li><li> Done</li></ol>Note on filament:I explicitly recommend not to use PLA, as it will not withstand the summer heat inside the car and will deform. PETG, ASA, ABS or higher quality should pose no problem at all.&nbsp;For example, I printed it with PCTG.&nbsp;Have fun printing and always have a good drive!&nbsp;
