This is a robust and functional solution for anyone needing to mount a Garmin Varia radar or compatible lights directly under the saddle rails. The design is optimized to ensure total visibility of the sensor and easy installation using cable ties, without the need for screws.

Technical Specifications:

• Type: Rear "Out-Front" mount for saddle rails.
• Side A: Base with attachment slots for standard saddle rails (7mm).
• Side B: Standard "Quarter-Turn" mount for Garmin radar/lights.
• Geometry: Extended arm to clear saddle interference and reinforced through-slots for cable ties.

Printing Tips:

To ensure maximum mechanical strength and device safety, I recommend the following parameters:

• Material: PETG or ASA (highly recommended for UV resistance and the ability to withstand vibrations without becoming brittle). Avoid PLA as it degrades under the sun and risks breaking under terrain stresses.
• Walls (Wall Loops): At least 4-6 loops to ensure the structure is solid and the cable tie slots do not fail.
• Infill: 50% or higher (Rectilinear for maximum strength).
• Layer Height: 0.2mm for a good compromise between mount robustness and precision.
• Supports: Recommended only for the upper circular mount (Side B) to ensure the rotation mechanism is precise.

Usage Instructions:

1. Position the mount under the saddle, aligning the slots with the metal rails.
2. Robust cable ties are recommended, to be tightened firmly around the rails to ensure the mount does not slip.
3. Insert the Garmin Varia device and rotate it 90° until locked.
4. For added security, pass the original Garmin lanyard around the saddle rail before attaching it.
