AMS Lite Vertical Stand Mod for UFSE - Type 02
Print Profile(1)

Bill of Materials
Description
Hi All,
This is my first publish so be gentle ;)
The print needs a build plate of minimum 250 mm! As I only have an A1 I cannot test other printers but I see no reason why it shouldn't work, except of course on the A1 mini due to buildplate dimensions.

I love the Ultimate Filament Spool Enclosure - TYPE 02 by Supergrapher

The only thing bothering me was that if stood up vertically the load would be on the bottom 2 buckets. So I wanted a way that would carry the load through the AMS Lite body itself. I found this Vertical stand for AMS Lite with adjustable legs by SyncMelic

This however stood to high to my liking and would leave the bottom buckets loose.

You WILL need to print the AMS Holder/cup from the design! It is NOT included in the printfile or raw files!

So I decided to create something that would remove my objections.

The feet are 250mm wide, giving enough stability sideways.
The risers (77mm) give enough clearance to open the buckets while keeping center of gravity low.
To mount the AMS with Enclosure Type 02 securely I added 2 new bottom clips for the buckets. There is a front and a back clip as there is a difference in spacing. The clips help stabelize and prevent rotation (wobble) from the AMS.
In the print profile I added negatives for the clips so they fit snugly around the risers. I also added modifiers for strength on the feet.
To mount the clips, put them sideways on the riser and once pushed over, rotate in position.
I printed in Bambu Lab Black PETG and Bambu Lab Grey PLA.
Have fun printing, enjoy your creations and share your ideas!
