Description
Introducing REV2 of my fishing rod holders
Over time we have acquired more spinning reels, the original design did not have enough clearance for those so REV2 was made. I recommend you put the heaviest rod on the bottom for better swing actuation.
Large size model is under 300mm so you can use a wide brim on a larger printer; Medium is 252mm long so it will fit on standard sized printers with a small brim. These print best when aligned in Y direction, but if you need the larger size and have a standard sized printer you can rotate the print to be diagonal on your bed.
I recommend using PETG, 3 layers, 20% gyroid infill. I am using a 0.6mm nozzle to make these on my SV08, it gives them more strength with larger layer height and increased wall thickness.
