Description

This out-front mount is specifically designed for the Sigma BC 14.0 bike computer. I printed it using ASA filament, as this material offers high strength and excellent UV resistance. I strongly recommend using a high-performance filament if you plan to print this mount yourself, in order to avoid structural issues and reduce the risk of the bike computer falling off أثناء use.

For assembly, you will need two embedded M3 nuts with a length of 6 mm, as well as two M3 cylinder head screws with a length of approximately 12mm. The hole spacing and hole diameters for mounting the bike computer are shown in the images. If the hole pattern matches, other compatible mounts can also be attached.

For optimal grip and a secure fit, it is recommended to apply a strip of rubber to the inner side of the 32 mm handlebar clamp. This increases friction and ensures that the mount stays firmly in place even with relatively low tightening force.

When tightening the screws, be careful not to overtighten them, as this may cause the lower part to crack. With the rubber in place, only a small amount of force is needed, since the increased friction provides sufficient stability.

Please note that issues may still occur due to printing errors or material inconsistencies. While the mount works reliably in my case, I do not assume any liability for potential damage or failures resulting from its use.
