Description
I took a common design that was loud, very loud, but it didn't make my ears bleed so I added a cone.
This one is not as portable and compact as the other ones but it's a small price to pay to annoy everyone around you. Do not use in the house.
Blow VERY hard in the little hole.
Instructions:
Almost any balloon will work
Stretch the whole balloon on top. Make it as tight as possible.
Add the ring on top. Push it all the way down.
Cut the excess balloon
