Description
This Ear Cover for GATH SFC Kitesurf and surf Helmets (Model) can be customized with text as seen in the photos.
There are 3 pieces in total. I have difficulty printing the large shell well (I'm a 3D printing novice).
Any suggestions are welcome.
Printed in both PETG and PLA for testing.
For the interlocking system, you might need to file down the 4 pegs a bit to lower them and fit everything together, the piece with the text with the blue one.
I made a recess on the piece with the text, so it can be turned better with a coin for inserting the piece.
