Stacyc 16e Rear Fender
Print Profile(1)

Bill of Materials
Description
My son loves ripping through puddles on his Stacyc, which leads to a Rooster Tail of sludge that no stain remover can cut. There are Rear Fenders out there for purchase, but I decided to design and print my own instead. This Rear Fender mounts directly to the seat post and can be placed flat down on the receiver or anywhere along the stem.
The clamping flange is offset 90 degrees specifically to allow for aftermarket battery adapters (as shown in the photo).
For easiest installation, removing the seat is recommended. Spreading the clamping portion of the mount may deform or break the part.
I printed mine out of PA612-CF, but I am sure PETG or better (for Strength/UV resiliance) will suit the application just fine.
Hardware Required:
3x M4 x 25mm screws
3x M4 Nuts (Respective thread pitch)
