UPDATE 2026-07-08: POLTERGUST SUIT IS NOW AVAILABLE! Added a Print Profile “SuperMarioSuits_Poltergust_AMS” that has a functioning button for the vacuum feature! You will need to using something (like a razor blade) to break the bottom of the button free from the suit. This will then allow the button to be depressed to activate the vacuum feature.

Here are all 9 Power-Up Suits for the interactive characters Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach.

I have found that each character is slightly different in size which can cause problems using suits (Luigi is slightly smaller, Mario is middle, and Princess Peach is slightly bigger). Other existing models I have printed have been either too loose or too tight so I have scaled, printed, and verified (tested with each interactive character) that all Power-Up Suits work for all three characters.

• SuperMarioSuits_AMS

  • This print profile has been designed to have minimal color changes to keep print times reasonable and waste minimal.
  • I have changed the colors of some of the suits to be able to distinguish them easier for my kids. I found that there were several (Bee, Builder, Cat) that were all yellow as well as (Ice and Penguin) that were blue so I changed some for better color differences.
  • Minimal Supports in critical areas only.

   

• SuperMarioSuits_NoAMS_SingleColors
  • This print profile has suits as single colors for those who did not have an AMS or would rather have quicker prints.
  • Minimal Supports in critical areas only.
