PTFE Tube Release Tool / Bowden Fitting Wrench
A simple, ergonomic, and highly effective tool designed to easily remove 4mm PTFE (Bowden) tubes from pneumatic push-to-connect fittings. Say goodbye to sore fingers and damaged tubes!
This tool perfectly depresses the plastic collar on standard fittings, allowing you to pull the tube out effortlessly. Perfect for quick maintenance, changing extruders, or clearing clogs.
Compatibility:
- Works perfectly with standard PC4-M6 and PC4-M10 fittings.
- Suitable for universal 4mm OD PTFE tubes.
- Great addition to the toolkit for both standard consumer printers and custom setups like a RatRig V-Core 4 or Voron.
Recommended Print Settings:
- Material: PLA
- Layer Height: 0.2mm
- Wall Loops (Perimeters): 3 or 4 (Crucial for the strength of the tool).
- Infill: 20% - 30% (Gyroid or Grid).
- Supports: No supports needed! Print it flat on the bed.
