I believe in full transparency. I only use photographs of the actual physical prints to promote my designs—never digital renders or original 2D AI images. What you see in the gallery is exactly what you will get off your build plate.

Crucial Printing Guidelines

The included print profile (.3mf) is meticulously customized to produce the best possible texture.

Please observe the following rules for a successful print:

• Do Not Resize the Z-Axis: You can scale the X and Y axes freely, but altering the Z-axis will break the specific layer heights needed for the color swaps, ruining the print.
• No Ironing: HueForge designs rely entirely on physical texture and how light interacts with the filament. Ironing the top surface will flatten the details and destroy the visual effect.
• Do Not Simplify: Keep the mesh as it is to retain the high-frequency details of the scratchboard style.

Technical Specifications

• Infill: 100% Rectilinear (Mandatory for proper color blending)
• Layer Height: 0.08mm
• Base Layer: 0.16mm

• Dimensions: 200 x 200 mm (you can resize it only on X and Y axes)

   

All settings and color changes are already included in the print profile. If you don't have an AMS, simply replace the color changes with pauses in your slicer and perform the manual filament swaps as detailed below. I strongly advise against altering any other settings, as my printing profiles are highly customized to guarantee the best possible HueForge quality.

Filaments Used (4-Color AMS Ready):

1. Bambu PLA Basic Black (TD: 0.3)
2. Bambu PLA Basic Dark Grey (TD: 0.6)
3. Bambu PLA Basic Gray (TD: 3.0)
4. Bambu PLA Basic Jade White (TD: 5.0)

Manual Swap Instructions (If not using AMS):

• Start with Black
• At layer #12 (1.04mm) swap to Dark Grey
• At layer #15 (1.28mm) swap to Gray
• At layer #21 (1.76mm) swap to Jade White for the rest of the print.
