Kruips Beertender Nozzle Cover
Print Profile(1)

Description
When using the Beertender Kruips, it is common for some mosquitoes to want to share the beer, which is not hygienic
This way, whenever I use the Beertender, I have to put an aluminum foil cover to protect it, but it's neither aesthetically pleasing nor practical
With a Bambulab in the office, Fusion on the computer, and a bit of creativity, I created a nozzle protector, which consists of a threaded part that needs to be glued onto the nozzle itself and the cover/protector which screws on. The protector is very good, effective, and very hygienic, as it is easy to remove and can be washed with the nozzle
It made my life much easier, and now I can drink my draft beer without the risk of mosquitoes landing on the nozzle
The original 100% dimensions require the use of glue to attach the threaded part to the Beertender nozzle. I did this, but after a few uses, the glue I used came off because the nozzle is stainless steel
So, I made another print, just of the threaded part, with 97% for X and 97% for Y, leaving X at 100%
Besides screwing on more smoothly, the threaded part fit tightly onto the nozzle, requiring no glue. To push it all the way in, I used the previously printed cover itself
It needs to be done carefully so as not to break the model. In my case, using PLA and 97% for X and Y, it fit with a lot of pressure but did not break
Oh! In this case, I did not change the cover's scaling, so that the threaded part would be truly looser
It turned out very well this way
