Update 11.05.2026
Since some feedback indicated that the supports are difficult to remove: The model is designed to provide maximum stability during printing. If your supports fuse, it is usually due to one of the following causes:

  • flow rate (Flow Rate): Check your calibration. With over-extrusion, the support fuses tightly with the wall
  • Cooling & Temperature: Material printed too hot inextricably binds with the support structure
  • Tool Usage: This is a functional component, not a delicate decorative object. Robust use of a print bed scraper or pliers is absolutely intended and normal for removing the sturdy base

With a correctly calibrated printer (Flow & Pressure Advance), the supports can be cleanly detached with a lever. Anyone expecting "easy removal" risks the print tipping over at this build height

Update 09.05.2026
*step data added for all printable individual parts
Profile added for bottles up to 77mm in diameter
Profile added for reduction to 63mm from 77, 71, 70mm

No more boring bottle holders – time for heavy artillery! 🍻💥

This beer mortar is not just an eye-catcher but a finely tuned piece of "drinking engineering". It was specially developed for 0.5L bottles and offers features that go far beyond a simple display.

The Highlights:

  • Universal Bottle Compatibility: Thanks to the adjustable design, the cannon can be perfectly set for different bottle neck lengths. No matter the brewery – the mortar adapts.
  • Anti-Foam System (Shock Absorber): The absolute highlight is the spring-damped base. When inserting the bottle, the impact is gently cushioned to minimize unnecessary vibrations and thus prevent beer from overflowing.
  • Massive Look: The design is robust and has a tactical military look – perfect for the workshop, garden, or as the ultimate gift.
