Preparation Materials:

1) M2*10mm self-tapping screws with washers 7 pieces;

The fan version also requires the following materials:

2) 5-28V PWM speed control module;

3) 12V/15V PD trigger module;

4) 7025 12V fan (70*70*25mm);

5) 70mm fan dust filter;

6) Glue/hot melt adhesive (for bonding the circuit box);

7) Fan screws, several cable ties (it is recommended to use “M3*35mm screws + washers + nuts” or “M3*30mm thru-screws” instead of short, thick self-tapping fan screws, which are easier to install);

8) M2*4mm self-tapping screws with washers 2 pieces (used to tighten the PWM speed control module, hot melt adhesive can also be used as a substitute);

Note:

1) You can choose whether to print different accessories based on whether a fan is needed;

2) Installing a speed-controlled fan requires certain soldering skills;

3) Use a PD trigger module to obtain 12V/15V power from a charger, and adjust the speed using a PWM speed controller; 12V has been verified to be sufficient;

4) It features an originally designed baffle inside, which maximally prevents fine debris from flying out;

5) For large quantities of bird food, it is recommended to process it twice;
