AI Blade 12" Shade

Description
AI Blade 12" Shade
Single piece, no tools or hardware to install, just clips into the holes each end.
I used PLA as its the only black filament I currently have,
but if using other types - consider rigidity as the tabs/ends may snap during install if it doesn't have a small amount of flex.
Being so long, flat and thin, my first print warped after completion -
Honeycomb and higher % infill seems to have fixed this issue (with PLA).
Additionally I found letting the heat bed cool down to naturally release it helps in reducing warping.
NOTE: If for some reason your model has rotated and you're getting a conflict error - ensure the model is not in the white box at the bottom left of the plate.
If you want to do the same as I've done pictured, with 2 Blades -
I used 2x 32HD HMS Brackets attached to 2020 extrusion using corner connectors, m5x8mm bolts and t-nuts.
Drilled out the holes and used m8x10mm bolts to attach the lights.
If using the front shade you will need m8x16mm bolts as they incorporate a spacer in the design.
I have also made a front/rear shade and added separate profiles as optional parts.
There is an angled option if you like the lights how I have them pictured, and a flat option (however is untested at this stage) if you prefer that.
I have also slightly modified the front shade model from the pictured one - it is 5mm shorter and slightly different shape.
