Description
Push Up Bars for 1.25 in. or 32mm Wooden Dowel, including TPU non-slip pad. You can find your wooden dowel at your local hardware store. I made the holes just slightly bigger than the dowel due to the difference in climate and wood expansion depending on where you live. Please use masking tape or electrical tape and do 1 or 2 loops around the dowel for a snug fit. I use 2 ½ inch screws to secure the dowel to the push-up holder.
- Cut a dowel to length (mine is 200mm long x 2)
- Print your push-up bars and insert the dowel
- (Use electrical tape for a snug fit)
- Drill your pilot hole into your dowel
- Use a screw driver/ impact driver and put in deck screw
- I use 2 ½ inch screws
- Optional TPU pad can be superglued to the base
