LIXIL INAX TCP-50-MB Towel Clip Repair Adapter

This is a repair adapter for the LIXIL / INAX TCP-50-MB towel clip.

The plastic part of my towel clip broke after about two years of use. Buying a new one was rather expensive, and although I considered replacing the entire broken part, it seemed difficult to reassemble once disassembled. Therefore, I designed a repair solution that attaches to the existing components as an adapter.

This part is designed to repair the broken section by utilizing the remaining components rather than completely remanufacturing the damaged part. It might also be useful for others whose TCP-50-MB plastic part has broken in a similar fashion.

Precautions

・Three M3×10 hex socket head bolts are required separately for installation.

・This is not an official LIXIL / INAX part; it is a repair part created by an individual.
・Depending on the damage condition or individual differences, it may not fit directly.
・Please make dimension adjustments or sand as necessary.
・Since it is used in a wet environment, PETG, ABS, or ASA is recommended over PLA.
・This should be used strictly for repair purposes and not for applications involving strong pulling.
