Description
This cutter was designed specifically for creating polymer clay jewelry (Fimo, Sculpey, Cernit). The design emphasizes cutting precision to minimize sanding after baking.
Technical specifications:
- Ultra-fine cutting edge: Finishes at 0.4 mm for a clean and precise cut.
- Reinforced structure: A wide and solid base ensures a good grip and prevents the cutter from deforming when pressing on the clay.
- Easy demolding: The internal walls have a slight angle to prevent the clay from sticking.
Recommended print settings: The .3MF file is already configured for Bambu Lab printers.
- Layer height: 0.12 mm or 0.08 mm (for the smoothest possible cutting edge finish).
- Infill: 15-20% (Gyro recommended).
- Walls: 3 lines to ensure cutting edge strength.
- Material: PLA, PLA+ or PETG.
- Support: No support required.
