Description

Extendable Wiffle Ball Bat (Compact → Full Power)

Take your wiffle ball game to the next level with this extendable bat design — compact for storage, but built to extend into a full-length hitter with solid performance.

Perfect for backyard games or park days!

Features

  • Extendable design – easy to transport, expands to full gameplay with a bat up to 21 inches.
  • Reinforced barrel for better durability and impact strength
  • Comfort grip handle with solid internal structure
  • Designed specifically for wiffle balls

 Print Settings (Recommended)

  • Walls: 3
  • Infill: 17% Gyroid
  • Layer Height: 0.2mm (or your standard)
  • Supports: Not required (depending on orientation)
  • Material: PLA works great 👍

Material Notes

PLA is fully sufficient for normal play and performs surprisingly well with this design.

If you want to level it up:

  • Use PETG for better durability
  • Use ABS / ASA for higher heat resistance
  • Use PLA+ or Tough PLA for added strength without losing ease of printing

Stronger filaments will make the bat more impact-resistant, especially for harder swings.

This model is intended for recreational wiffle ball use only.

HOW TO INSTALL THE KNOB OF THE BAT→

Try to strangle the end of the bat with your hands and push the knob onto the bat. Like this: Depending on your own printer tolerances, it may be too tight or too loose. If it's either, then sanding/ a dab of hot glue is key.
