Description
I want to convert xh2.54 to a wired waterproof connector but I do not want to use crimp male pin terminals for air-to-air connections, as I feel the pin strength of these male pin terminals is insufficient. Therefore, I designed this housing for the wire-to-board male end. After multiple experiments and assemblies, this is a version of the housing I am quite satisfied with, and it can be printed without supports. The tail opening of the housing can accommodate a 24AWG*4C sheathed communication cable, and the solder joints can be potted with glue or reinforced with UV-curable glue.
