Reinforced Replacement Connector - Magic and Semi-Automatic Broom (Brazilian Standard)

This model is a high-strength technical replacement part, developed to replace the original connector of the Magic 3-in-1 Manual Multi-purpose Broom and other semi-automatic/witch broom models. The factory component is often the product's weak point, breaking easily under pressure.

The great advantage of this v13 version is its universal adaptation for the Brazilian market: the connector has been internally resized to accommodate any broom handle with a national standard thickness. This allows you to restore your broom using a common wooden or metal handle, making the assembly much more durable than the original.

Design Highlights:

• Hollow Tongue: The locking mechanism (snap-fit) is completely independent of the part's core. This ensures fluid elastic movement for the "click" without stressing the main structure.
• Optimized Geometry: The lever arm has been positioned to distribute stress evenly, eliminating fragility at the base of the lock.
• Compatibility: 22.5mm external diameter, tested for a precise and secure fit at the broom base.

Printing Recommendations (Bambu Lab A1):

To ensure maximum mechanical strength, use these settings in Bambu Studio:

• Material: PETG (highly recommended for its mechanical flexibility and strength).
• Walls: 5 or 6 loops. This makes the tongue solid and much more impact resistant.
• Infill: 20% to 30% Gyroid type.
• Supports: Use Tree Support. Note: use the support blocker (red paint in the slicer) inside the lock's slots to maintain mechanism mobility.
