Description

A model I did based on Sailor Moon's Disguise Pen.

PLEASE READ:

The Pen is fully functional, and it works with a rotation mechanism, but pay attention, it will not work with every pen cartridge. I modelled it based on BIC's Atlantis Soft. You can try to use some other brand, the cartridge's is replaceable for you to experiment, or you can print it and add the cartridge later.

Print the parts and clean the brim from them, it should be ease to remove.

Next we will glue the parts. You gonna have to be a surgeon for this, as the parts are a little small.

You should have something like this after everything is printed.

Next, we are going to glue the parts very carefully. Always try to keep the seam in the back, except for the top part, I strategically positioned it on the right to be covered by that hook part, the parts of the crown however try to place them to the back.

Glue these two half cylinders on top of each other, leave the middle pillar alone, no glue needed for now.

You should have something like this after everything is ready.

Place the ink cartridges on the bottom and parts we just glued on top of it.

Use the screw to place the two parts together.

This is were this screw will come in handy in case u need to change the cartridge. Just unscrew if you want to replace it.

You should have something like this.

Now, one of the most important steps.

Put some glue on top of the tiny pillar and push into to the top part until it reaches the end.

just this pillar not anything else, otherwise the mechanism will not work.

After everything is correctly glued, you should have a pen that works by rotating mechanism. And since the bottom as a thread on it you can remove it to replace the cartrigde.

This is not very sophisticated has you know, its 3d printed, but it works as a normal pen. So I hope you like it.

Please consider boosting, it really helps.🙏 Thank you.
