Infinite Modular (Wine-)Bottle Holder

I designed this Bottle Holder in CAD for myself to have an elegant and flexible way to store my wine bottles. Due to the two sizes the Modules fit almost any bottle you can think of. In case you encounter bottles that dont fit just scale them in Bambu Studio to your liking. If ur planning to only fit normal-sized winebottles I recommend the Standard size version. For bigger Bottles use the larger version or scale it to your likings.

My goal was to have a stable, endlessly stackable and clean looking wine bottle holder that balances stability and material cost.

No glue needed. The Modules are 100% clippable with the clips being finely adjusted so joining parts is as easy as it gets. They have a tight fit and are strong enough for most use cases. But of course using glue increases the user experience especially when stacking really big shelves.

I designed Standard Modules / RIngs  without extra clips and optional ones that also have clips on the top and the bottom. No matter which one you choose they’re all stackable but if you want more stability or are planning to stack a little higher I recommend the Rings with extra clips.

If you want a cleaner top row print the "Standard Rings" and the optional „Clean Links“ to give your Bottle Holder a cleaner look.

For each Module you need:

  • 1 Front RIng
  • 1 Back Ring
  • 1 Upper Link
  • 1 Lower Link

To join to modules u need 2 Ring Linkers

As for assembly it is pretty straight forward but the easiest order for assembly is:

1. Combine Front Rings and Back Rings.

3. Place Front Rings with the clips facing up on a table.

4. Combine Front RIngs with Upper and Lower Links.

3. Put the Back Rings on Top.

Extra tip for Ring Linkers:

Slightly push the linker in while the linker is a little bit angled then use two thumbs to push it in. The linkers are a bit flexible use it to your advantage.

The print profiles are one colored but use bambu studio to color them how u like. I liked it with two colors but im looking forward to see more colorful variants.

Happy Printing ! If you can please leave a like, a comment or even a boost it would be so motivating.

If you have and idea to make this model better please let me know!
