Description

Modular Range Hood Pipe Cover — Stackable & Customizable

Tired of looking at that ugly aluminum extractor duct inside your kitchen cabinet? This modular cover system hides it behind a clean, seamless white cylinder that looks like it came with the kitchen.

How it works

The cover is split into stacking sections that interlock via a 5 mm overlap joint (one piece has an outer lip, the next has a matching inner recess — they self-align as you stack). The open U-shape at the back saves filament, allows the cover to be removed easily for maintenance, and leaves room for cables and wall fixings.

Two versions included — choose what fits your duct best

3-piece version (modular) — for ducts with greater height:

  • Bot (115 mm)
  • Middle (120 mm)
  • Top (115 mm)
  • Total: ~350 mm

2-piece version (taller, fewer joints) — for cleaner appearance and faster prints:

  • Bot 150mm
  • Top 150mm
  • Total: ~300 mm, only one visible joint

Dimensions (3-piece version)

  • Inner diameter: 170 mm (designed for ~150 mm extractor ducts with installation clearance)
  • Outer diameter: 182 mm
  • Wall thickness: 6 mm
  • Rear U-shape opening: 170 mm wide (full diameter)
  • Joint overlap: 5 mm

Need a different size?

Easily scale to any height directly in your slicer. Just select the piece in Bambu Studio / Orca / Cura and stretch the Z-axis to match your duct length. If you also need a different diameter, scale uniformly — the joint between pieces will scale together and remain compatible within the same set.

Mounting

The cover holds in place by friction against the duct. For permanent installation, a few drops of glue or a strip of double-sided tape on the joint seams keeps everything aligned and removable later if needed.
