Z-Axis Stiffener – Side Locker Edition

Plate 1: Purge Bin – Container (PLA Default)

Contains the upgraded original purge poop container with my custom plug & play attachment system.

Plate 2 & 4: Mat Protector (PLA & PETG)

Has top and bottom layers turned off to generate the optional hex base protector mat.

Remember to print 2 base protectors:

• 1 in PLA
• 1 in PETG

Note: Swap the protector mat depending on the filament material being printed. This helps prevent purge material from bonding or fusing to the mat surface, making removal easier and cleaner.

Plate 3: Purge Deflector (PLA & PETG)

Contains the purge deflector set to print with a 0.2 mm layer height.

• 1 deflector in PLA
• 1 deflector in PETG

Note: The plate is already configured by object, allowing you to keep both versions or simply remove the one you do not want to print. Depending on the material combination used (PETG with PLA or PLA with PETG), the system allows for easy plug & play swapping.

This model has been redesigned to solve common usability issues with a more practical and efficient approach. The system is plug & play, allowing quick installation and easy removal without tools or permanent changes.
