BB90 Bearing Adapter for 24mm Spindle to 25mm Bearing

Hello,

this is an adapter for a 24mm crank spindle to a 25mm bottom bracket inner diameter (see pictures).

I needed this for my Shimano 105 crank because the original part was broken.

I recommend PETG or a stronger material and a 0.2mm nozzle for the required precision.

I have not yet gained any long-term experience with the part in use. Feel free to share your experiences.

I removed the rubber seal (black) from the original part.

Print recommendation:
Test print and measure the inner diameter with calipers.

Then change the scaling factor.

Example:

24mm (inner diameter) / 23.8mm (measured inner diameter)=1.0084

It follows that the scaling factor in MakerWorld must be adjusted from 100% in x and y directions to 100.84%.

With this, I achieved very good results.
