Description
This is an impeller for the Anova Precision Cooker (Model: AN500-US00). Unsure if it works with their other models as I bought this back in 2020. It's a tight fit so it will require a bit of force for it to click on.
**Be careful not to bend the motor drive shaft when installing**
The print time is due to using a 0.2mm nozzle for the tight tolerances. 0.4 should work fine though.
I would not recommend printing this in PLA due to the low glass-transition temperature. I printed this in PETG but do not cook with the sous video higher than 65 C. If able, I'd recommend using ABS.
