Description
This is a replacement for any ford requiring a spare handwheel for reclining the front driver and passenger seats. It's listed as supporting Mondeo, Transit and S-MAX with the equivalent ford part number being 1677783 so check this is what you need for your car/year before printing.
This was used to replace my Ford Mondeo 2014 handwheel when it was lost during a maintenance.
Printed in PETG-CF for temperature resistance in hot cars and stiffness. Do not use PLA.
Printed with 0.6mm nozzle size which is recommended for PETG-CF and also assists with layer adhesion. If you print in PETG with 0.4mm nozzle you may wish to enable supports and print at 45 degree angle to ensure rigid layer adhesion. I'd recommend high flow filaments and settings for this print.
