Airbrush Paint Booth – LED, Skadis, 100mm Fan
Print Profile(2)

Description

A fully modular airbrush paint booth with built-in LED lighting, side pegboards for tools and paints, and a 100mm fan mount for fume extraction — everything your painting station needs in one printed build.
Painting miniatures and models indoors means three problems at once: bad light kills color accuracy, fumes need to leave the room, and your tools always end up scattered. This booth solves all three: angled diffused LED panels light the workspace evenly, a 100mm fan port pulls solvents and overspray out the back through a standard kitchen hood filter, and the side panels are pegboards that host your airbrush, brushes, paints, and mixing cups within reach.
Features:
- Three angled LED light panels (left, top, right) with diffused output for even, shadow-free lighting
- 5V COB LED strips, powered by any USB power bank — fully portable, no wall socket needed
- 100mm fan port for fume extraction (fan not included — pick your own, recommended ≥200 m³/h)
- Standard kitchen hood filter compatible — cheap, easy to replace
- Side pegboards on both flanks for tools, paints, brushes, mixing cups
- Internal workspace: 431 × 265 × 378 mm
- Includes small bed variant: split plates for printers with smaller build plates
Print settings:
- Print profile is optimized per part — each plate has its own settings tuned for that specific piece
- Material: PETG recommended (PLA works), white preferred for light diffusion
Assembly notes:
Structure is glued together with CA (super glue) — only 8x M5 × 12mm screws needed for the two Skådis pegboards. LED wiring: 3 COB strips in parallel to a push-button switch and 5V USB power bank. Fan: any 100mm inline fan fits the rear port (tested with 330 m³/h variable speed). Filter: standard kitchen hood filter cut to size. Full assembly manual (PDF) included with step-by-step photos.
Full step-by-step assembly manual (PDF) included — 10 phases with real photos, wiring diagram, BOM, CAD reference drawings, and troubleshooting guide.
