ZKULL EDITION
Meet ZKULL, a collection of modular skull figurines inspired by urban culture and designer toys. The idea is simple: avoid AMS and reduce
filament waste by offering models as multi-part assemblies, so anyone can pick their own colors on a single-extruder printer — no purge
tower, no forced material swaps.
Each piece is designed to be easy to print, assemble, and customize to your style. New ZKULL releases drop regularly — feel free to share your ideas. I hope you enjoy the collection, and I can't wait to see your prints.
ZKULL OFF-DUTY
He's not on the clock. He's on the move.
The hood sits heavy on his shoulders. The beanie tilted just right. The sneakers loose, broken-in, comfortable like a second skin. He's not dressed for anyone — he's dressed for himself. The chunky knit hangs like armor that doesn't need to prove anything, and the cargo pants carry whatever the day decides to throw at him. In his world, style isn't a uniform. It's a state of mind. The collar swallows half his face. The brim of the beanie cuts the light. He walks past the city like he's seen it all before — because he has. He doesn't chase trends. He outlasts them.

The streets feel different when he's off-duty. Quieter. Slower. The neon softens, the bass from passing cars turns into background hum, and every reflection in a shop window looks like it was placed there just for him.
He doesn't pose. He just exists.
And the city makes space for him.
When he's off-duty, the whole world is his runway.
Summary
Model designed in multiple parts and assembled with friction-fit connectors. The pieces hold together without glue if your material tolerances and printer calibration are dialed in. The provided files already contain optimized orientations (for supports and positioning), do not reorient parts unless you know exactly what you're doing.
Print Instructions
Keep the provided parameters: the Bambu Lab / Bambu Studio profiles included in the archive are tested for this model and can be used
as-is for reliable printing.
Orientation & Supports
All parts are positioned in the files to minimize supports and ease post-processing. Do not globally reorient parts; if you modify one, check the impact on support generation.
Assembly – Recommended Method
- Dry-fit first: assemble all parts without glue to check alignment and tolerances.
- Cleanup: trim or lightly sand the edges and pegs with a file or modeling tool for a smooth fit.
- Fine adjustments:
- Too tight → very light sanding (grit 200–400).
- Too loose → apply a thin strip of PLA/PTFE tape on the peg (discreetly) or a tiny drop of glue.
- Optional bonding: use cyanoacrylate (CA) glue for permanent joints.
- Small parts (logos, accessories): depending on your printer's precision, you may need to glue small details for proper stability.
- Final check: verify pattern alignment and part mobility.
Recommended Print Settings
- Layer height: 0.12–0.20 mm (use 0.12 mm for fine details).
- Walls: 2–3.
- Infill: 10–20% (increase for load-bearing parts).
- Top/bottom layers: 4.
- Supports: use the provided orientations — Bambu Studio / included
profiles handle them efficiently.
- Bed adhesion: use a skirt if contact surfaces are small.
- Temperatures: keep default profile settings or adjust to match your filament.
Additional Gluing Note
Each part can be glued for long-term stability, or left unglued if
you plan to swap color variations. However, it is strongly
recommended to glue the black eye inserts and the nose, as these
are the only parts without tolerances designed for friction-fit.
Specific Notes & Best Practices
- Tolerances vary by filament — always test on your target printer.
- Don't glue immediately — prefer a dry assembly to allow color
swaps and adjustments.
- Labeling: keep the original part names/positions as indicated in
the files (it makes reassembly and support easier).
